22nd February 2012 - Geneva, Switzerland: Advanced Digital Broadcast (www.adbglobal.com), a leading supplier of advanced solutions for the connected home, announced today that its Epicentro-PMP remote management solution has been shortlisted for an IP&TV Industry Award in the category of "Best Quality Improvement Solution". The winner will be revealed during IP&TV World Forum in London on March 21st.
With the proliferation of connected devices interacting with managed multimedia and broadband offerings, such as Set-Top Boxes, smart phones, tablets, connected TVs and game consoles, service providers are facing the challenge of mounting operational costs due to the increasing complexity of service assurance and customer support in the connected home.
