VW's Winterkorn To Head Porsche's Supervisory Board - Report

Volkswagen AG (VOW.XE) Chief Executive Martin Winterkorn will replace Wolfgang Porsche as supervisory board chairman at German carmaker Porsche AG, Germany's Spiegel magazine reports.

Mr. Porsche is due to step down next year, it reports.

Porsche is fully owned by Volkswagen, Europe's biggest auto maker by volume.

VW couldn't be immediately reached for comment.
