Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) is in talks to settle litigation over recalled hip implants, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing five people familiar with the matter.
The settlement could total more than $2 billion if most plaintiffs accept the terms, Bloomberg reported.
According to the report, J&J has offered to pay more than $200,000 per case, while lawyers for plaintiffs have said the offer is too low.
