Bolstering the For Sale By Owner sector, LoseTheAgent.com puts as much as $6.3 billion dollars

of potential commissions back into the consumer’s pocket

NEW YORK, Nov. 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, LoseTheAgent.com announced the national introduction of the free peer-to-peer real estate forum. The far-reaching site includes a robust set of marketing tools that assist the homeowner in selling their property independently, offering the potential savings of tens of thousands of dollars in commissions.

All free of charge, the premium program allows Sellers to advertise a property or land for sale via a streamlined listing process. An important component of the no-fee platform, Buyers have the option of submitting a copy of their mortgage pre-qualification documents for review. Upon vetting by the LoseTheAgent.com team, the Buyer receives a unique identification number that can be entered for potential property discounts and preferred appointment times.
